Here’s what to expect.
1. Initial meeting
We’ll get in touch and set up our first meeting, at our office. Based on your wants and needs, we’ll discuss materials and styles, as well as an estimated budget.
4. Feedback - Round 1
This is the first round of feedback. With your help, we’ll make adjustments to the visuals of your project and make sure it aligns with what you want and need.
2. Site measurements - Round 1
One of our team members will get in contact with you and schedule a visit to the site. They will make quick measurements of the location you wish to furnish.
3. Rendered images
Based on our initial conversation and our measurements, we’ll get back to you with a furnishing concept in the form of rendered images.
5. Final renders
After we receive your feedback, you’ll receive a new set of renders, which will include all the modifications that we’ve agreed upon.
6. Site measurements - Round 2
The second round of measurements won’t be much different from the first one, except this time, they will take a little longer due to their higher complexity.
7. Technical project
Our team will get started on the technical project, which will include details regarding the assembly, compartmentalization, and accesories of your furniture.
10. Pre-assembly at our location
Our team will start pre-assembling the furniture based on the final technical project, at our location, just to make sure everything is perfect.
8. Feedback - Round 2
If you want your shelves to be positioned higher or lower, if you want fewer or more of them, let us know. We’ll see what we can do.
9. Final project
Every step we’ll have taken so far, will bring us to this point. The final technical project will be wrapped up and handed over to our CNC and production team.
11. Setting the delivery date
Once the furniture has been pre-assembled, we’ll get in contact with you and set a delivery date and time to the site.
12. Delivery & on-site assembly
On the date and time we agree upon, our team will deliver and assemble the furniture at the site. We’ll keep a close eye on everything and make sure it goes smoothly.
